直流式蒸汽发生器压力控制仿真

Abstract:
基于对直流式蒸汽发生器的热工和水力特性的分析和质量、能量、体积三大守恒定律,建立了直流式蒸汽发生器压力控制数学模型,并采用pid控制器构建了直流式蒸汽发生器压力串级控制系统,对所建模型进行了仿真验证。结果表明:二回路给水流量和出口蒸汽流量对直流式蒸汽发生器压力的影响较一回路传热量更大;无扰动和扰动工况下,控制系统均能够在400s内使直流式蒸汽发生器压力稳定至设定值,且最大压力超调量均小于5%;直流式蒸汽发生器压力动态数学模型能够较好地表征一回路冷却剂温度、二回路给水流量及出口蒸汽流量与蒸汽发生器压力的关系;直流式蒸汽发生器压力串级控制系统响应速度快,超调量小,具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。
