高温气冷堆核电站汽水分离系统设计

Abstract:
为实现商业模块式高温气冷堆核电站(htr-pm)螺旋管式直流蒸汽发生器(otsg)的定压、定流量启停,本文在国内外同类工程基础上,通过采用专用的汽水分离器系统,满足了otsg启停过程中汽水分离、工质回收和进出口参数控制的要求。通过设置汽水分离器旁路,并配合汽水分离器热备用系统,避免了汽水分离器在400℃以上的蠕变温度区工作及设备蠕变温度区运行寿命对机组启、停次数的限制,实现了汽水分离系统的长期运行,大幅降低了汽水分离器设计参数,减少了初投资。该方法已应用于htr-pm汽水分离系统的工程设计。
