Abstract:

电解质管理是熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(mcfc)的核心技术之一。本文针对mcfc中电解质管理问题,提出了隔膜焙烧的首次启动升温策略,即采用热压法制备电解质膜片,在电池组装之前对电解质膜片进行预处理,将电解质膜片置于马弗炉中在260℃下恒温处理5h,在隔膜焙烧的重要阶段100~450℃区间,将其升温速率控制在0.5℃/min。采用该策略制备的电解质膜片组装了225cm2mcfc单电池,其性能测试结果表明,使用纯氢燃料时,电池性能良好,最大输出功率密度可达85.2mw/cm2。
