带死区的无模型自适应控制

Abstract:
针对被控对象的大惯性、大迟延、非线性等特性,基于pid控制抗干扰性强和无模型自适应控制(mfac)对惯性和延迟系统具有较强适应能力的特点,设计了一种带死区的mfac?pid串级控制系统。以米东热电厂选择性非催化还原(sncr)烟气脱硝系统为对象,建立了系统仿真模型,采用matlab软件将mfac-pid与pid控制进行仿真比较。结果表明:在阶跃扰动和模型失配情况下,带死区的mfac-pid串级控制系统较常规pid串级控制系统,超调更小,调节时间更短;在机组负荷扰动下,带死区的mfac-pid串级控制系统波动很小。因此,带死区的mfac-pid串级控制系统能够更好地适应对象参数的变化,具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应性。
