微孔硅铝吸附剂用于矿物变压器油再生处理

Abstract:

分别采用制备的微孔硅铝吸附剂与传统的硅藻土和硅胶作为吸附剂,对退出运行的矿物变压器油进行再生处理试验。结果表明:微孔硅铝吸附剂能使再生变压器油颜色变浅,无油泥析出,其介质损耗因数、酸值、体积电阻率、界面张力等各项指标均达到设备投入运行前变压器油的质量标准,且优于传统的硅藻土和硅胶吸附剂处理结果,实现了退出运行的矿物变压器油的循环再利用。
