循环流化床锅炉床温gpc?pid控制

Abstract:
针对循环流化床(cfb)锅炉床温的大惯性、时变性和干扰因素多等特性,提出了一种基于pid的广义预测控制算法(gpc-pid)。gpc算法的控制律采用pid的形式,通过有限时域内的滚动优化,在线调节比例、积分和微分系数,以期达到性能指标的最优化。同时,使算法变得简明,且较大地改善了gpc的控制性能,将其应用于cfb锅炉床温控制中,以仿真验证控制的有效性。结果表明,gpc-pid算法具有优良的设定值跟踪能力和较强的鲁棒性、适应性,具有良好的控制品质。
