电厂低温热与吸收式热泵耦合供热系统研究

Abstract:

基于常规烟气余热利用系统(常规系统1)及常规冷凝热热泵系统(常规系统2),提出了一种新型的电厂余热利用系统:将空气预热器(空预器)后的烟气作为热泵的驱动热源,通过热泵技术对冷凝热进行回收,加热采暖供热热水,减少换热过程的火用损失,节省汽轮机抽汽,增加机组发电功率;在省煤器出口抽出部分烟气,用来加热热泵出口的供暖热水,以满足在极端寒冷期间供暖的要求。结合某330mw供热机组,分析了该系统的节能效果,并与常规系统1和常规系统2进行比较。结果表明:该新型余热利用系统比常规系统1每年可节约8487.8t标煤;比常规系统2发电功率可增加1.3%~2.7%。该新型余热利用系统的节能环保效果显著。
