吹风比对层板外部气膜冷却特性的影响

Abstract:

应用窄带瞬态液晶测量技术对轴向1个单元层板模型的外表面冷却效率和换热系数,在气膜孔射流角度分别为30°和90°,吹风比分别为1.0,1.5和2.0下的变化规律进行了试验研究。结果表明:层板模型双排孔下游区域冷却效率均随着吹风比的增大而减小;不同射流角度气膜孔的冷却效率分布形态不同;30°和90°气膜孔层板表面换热系数随吹风比的变化均不明显。
