直接空冷风机集群运行特性试验研究

Abstract:
构建了与300mw空冷机组空冷岛物理相似的风机组试验系统,分别在转速为600、800r/min下测量风机组中间列各台风机的入口壁面静压和总压,得出每台风机的风流量及其集群因子,并与单台风机运行时的参数进行对比。结果表明:风机集群运行时,集群效应与风机转速有关,转速越大其受临近区域其它风机的影响越显著;风机组中不同位置的风机集群因子的变化呈现一定的规律,处于中心区域的风机集群因子较大,说明其受集群效应的影响较小,处于边缘区域的风机受到进口空气流场变形的作用,集群因子较小;随着风机集群运行规模增加,集群效应对风机性能的影响会更加明显。
