煤层气燃烧nox生成特性及影响因素数值模拟

Abstract:
采用非预混燃烧模型对煤层气燃烧及nox生成进行了数值模拟,研究了煤层气中甲烷浓度、过量空气系数及射流角度等因素对no生成的影响。结果表明:随着甲烷浓度的增大,nox生成量增大,ch4浓度从25%增大到45%时,燃烧室出口面上no质量分数提高8倍左右;过量空气系数为1.00时,出口面上平均no质量分数最大,过量空气系数在1.00以上增大时,生成nox量降低;射流角度变化对燃烧温度及nox生成的影响较小。
