超临界660mw机组异常振动频率的诊断与处理

Abstract:

针对某超临界660mw空冷机组运行中存在的3.5倍频和7倍频异常振动故障,通过测量其轴承瓦盖振动频率、对轮罩振动频率以及传感器支架的固有频率,认为振动原因为对轮罩和传感器支架存在3.5倍频和7倍频的固有频率,导致机组运行中该对轮罩和传感器支架发生了共振。取消对轮罩后,该机组异常振动得以消除。
