煤粉密度对煤质及其燃烧特性的影响

Abstract:

利用重液沉浮分离方法将一种烟煤分成6个不同密度段的煤样。通过对各密度段的煤样进行工业分析、元素分析和热重分析,研究了煤粉密度对煤质及其燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:随着煤粉密度的增加,挥发分和固定碳的含量逐渐减少,灰分含量逐渐增加;煤中元素c和n的含量也随着密度的增加而逐渐减小;随着密度的增加,煤粉的着火温度、固定碳着火温度降低,煤粉最大燃烧速率和反应放热峰值及其对应的温度降低;中等密度煤粉的燃烧反应性要优于高密度和低密度煤粉。
