2×300t/h循环流化床锅炉袋式除尘器改造

Abstract:
内蒙古鄂尔多斯双欣电力公司2×300t/h循环流化床(cfb)锅炉袋式除尘器一直存在运行阻力偏高,滤袋破损率高等问题,严重影响机组带负荷能力。为此,通过试验测试和数值模拟分析,对滤袋破损原因、烟气参数、除尘器结构和流场分布等进行了全面研究,并对袋式除尘器进行了优化改造,如将原除尘器中间进气改为两侧水平直通进气,在原除尘器进口前增设4500mm长壳体和钢支架,将原上箱体、中箱体提高3000mm,滤袋增长至7550mm等。改造后,烟尘排放≤30mg/m3,设备运行阻力降低700pa,引风机电耗降低,解决了滤袋破损问题,实现了锅炉满负荷稳定运行,每年可为企业创造经济效益1552.6万元。
