o2/co2气氛下石油焦富氧燃烧特性研究

Abstract:
研究了一种石油焦在氧气浓度为21%~100%的o2/co2气氛下于水平定炭炉中的燃烧曲线特性,并对其着火时间及其拟合曲线、燃尽时间、最高燃烧温度、燃烧速率曲线进行了分析。结果表明:随着氧气浓度的增加,石油焦燃烧特性曲线呈现规律性变化;石油焦着火时间随氧气浓度增加而逐渐变短,氧气浓度超过60%时,石油焦着火时间缩短的趋势才开始变缓;燃尽时间与着火时间的变化一致,而最高燃烧温度则随着氧气浓度的增加而逐渐增加;氧气浓度100%时的燃烧速率峰值是氧气浓度21%时燃烧速率峰值的3倍。
