基于pi?dmc算法的循环流化床床温控制系统研究

Abstract:

针对循环流化床(cfb)床温的大惯性和时变性特点,提出了一种pi?dmc算法。pi控制器根据实际输出与预测输出的偏差修正动态矩阵控制(dmc)控制器的输出,以减小实际系统与预测模型间的输出偏差,从而降低模型与实际系统的失配以及干扰对控制系统的影响,提高系统的鲁棒性及抗干扰能力。仿真结果表明,该控制方法能够很好地适应cfb床温的动态特性变化,且控制品质优于常规pid和传统dmc控制。
