2070t/h对冲燃烧锅炉传热计算及煤种适应性分析

Abstract:
以某电厂660mw机组对冲燃烧锅炉为研究对象,在原苏联锅炉机组热力计算标准方法的基础上,将燃烧器区域划分为3个放热区段,基于热量平衡原理并考虑与原标准的一致性,推导并给出了各区段的计算方程,据此对燃烧不同煤种时,烟温、炉膛黑度及辐射面平均热强度随炉膛高度的分布进行了计算。结果表明:武冈龙坪煤的温度跟设计煤种最为接近,且其炉膛黑度沿炉膛高度最为稳定,若只燃用单煤,仅从炉内温度场及平均热强度分布考虑,可优先燃用武冈龙坪煤;掺混比对炉内温度场及平均热强度的影响较大,当掺混比为8∶2时,石下江a煤与大山岭煤掺混的混煤(ss)在燃烧最旺盛的ⅲ区段温度比其它混煤高,为1810.39℃,与设计煤种最接近,在锅炉实际运行中,可优先考虑燃用ss。
