跟踪式cpc热管真空管太阳能集热器性能研究

Abstract:
将复合抛物面聚光器(cpc)及跟踪技术通过简单的曲柄连杆机构与热管真空管集热器集成,研制了1套聚光比为2.3的跟踪式cpc热管真空管太阳能集热器。对该集热器在固定、间歇和连续跟踪3种模式下进行了集热性能测试,分析了跟踪方式对延长集热时间和改善集热效率的影响,对集热效率进行了拟合和归一化分析。研究结果表明:跟踪模式下集热器高效集热时间为6h,是固定模式的2倍;采用间歇跟踪即可有效提高集热性能;跟踪模式下的日平均集热效率达到45%,比固定式提高约16%。集热效率归一化拟合回归系数均大于0.936,拟合过程可信。
