城市污泥燃烧特性热重实验研究

Abstract:

利用热重法对广州5种城市污泥及肇庆市1种污水污泥进行实验研究,并通过tg-dtg曲线分析了污泥的燃烧特性。结果表明:整个污泥燃烧可分为水分析出、挥发分析出、挥发分燃烧、焦炭燃烧4个阶段;不同类别污泥的燃烧特性与污水处理厂的工艺、污泥的种类、理化性质有很大关系,其中挥发分的析出和燃烧制约着污泥整个燃烧过程,并且污泥在低温段和高温段的燃烧特性差异较大;随着另一种工业污泥的加入,造纸污泥燃烧峰加宽,燃烧变得均匀,并且造纸污泥燃烧性能得到提高;从燃尽指数df和着火指数di来看,所研究的6种污泥燃烧性能由高到低依次为kfq>lj>zq>dts>ld>zz,并且广州与肇庆同类污泥燃烧特性无明显差异。
