旋流通风方式下喷雾增湿对空冷单元换热的影响

Abstract:
大多数北方电厂夏季通常在空冷单元内部加装喷雾增湿系统,存在空冷单元下部局部温度偏高,使喷雾效果欠佳等问题。对此,基于电厂实际数据,对某600mw机组空冷单元喷雾增湿系统建立三维模型,模拟喷雾增湿系统分别在空冷单元传统机械通风方式和旋流通风方式下对空冷单元换热的影响。结果表明,旋流通风下的喷雾增湿效果明显优于传统机械通风方式。
