双轴跟踪槽式太阳能集热器性能试验

Abstract:
研制了1套聚光比为24的双轴跟踪槽式太阳能集热器装置。利用tracepro软件建立了该集热器的光学效率模型,考察了单轴和双轴跟踪以及方位角和高度角跟踪误差对光学效率的影响,并对集热器的集热性能进行了试验。模拟及试验结果表明:双轴跟踪下集热器光学效率达到0.813,年均光学效率比单轴东西和南北跟踪分别高14.3%和40.9%;高度角跟踪误差对光学效率影响较大,应将高度角跟踪误差控制在0.6以内;双轴跟踪可在降低单一跟踪轴精度条件下获得较高的光学效率;实测瞬时集热效率达到0.775,集热效率归一化线性良好,模拟推算集热效率与实测效率归一化曲线趋势一致,最大误差为10.3%。因此,该集热器可用于分布式中小型集热系统。
