某电厂600mw机组锅炉掺烧劣质煤制粉系统优化调整试验研究

Abstract:
对某电厂600mw机组掺烧劣质煤后的制粉系统进行了优化调整,并对调整前后机组的综合经济性进行了比较。结果表明:煤粉偏细和研磨出力不足是影响磨煤机出力的主要原因。通过制粉系统优化调整,磨煤机出力从50t/h左右增加到65t/h以上,机组可实现满负荷运行。虽然灰渣含碳量略有升高,锅炉效率降低0.27%,发电标煤耗升高0.9g/(kw?h),但单位制粉电耗降低17.4%,供电标煤耗降低2.4g/(kw?h),总体经济效益提高。
