新型组合式吸液芯高温热管传热性能试验研究

Abstract:

设计了1种新型组合式热管吸液芯,并搭建了热管性能测试系统,以研究工作倾角及输入交变热流对该型吸液芯高温热管传热性能的影响。结果表明,与普通三角沟槽吸液芯的高温热管相比,组合式吸液芯高温热管可在0°、25°和45°的倾角下正常工作,其管壁温度的均温性较好,当量导热系数随输入交变热流的增加而增加较大,而三角沟槽由于无法提供足够的毛细抽力,限制了高温热管在大倾角工作条件下的传热性能。
