循环水排污水回用软化处理工艺

Abstract:
循环水排污水水质复杂,对其直接进行反渗透脱盐处理时容易造成反渗透膜污堵、结垢,降低反渗透性能。为此,采用混凝?软化工艺对其进行处理,并比较不同软化工艺的软化效果。结果表明:采用传统石灰和碳酸钠工艺处理时软化效果较差;采用氢氧化钠和碳酸钠复配软化处理的技术经济性最佳,在二者加药剂量均为250mg/l时,处理后出水ca2+、mg2+分别为0.85、2.44mmol/l,有机磷为0.73mg/l达到反渗透的进水要求。
