风向对电站辅机干冷塔散热器性能的影响

Abstract:
采用计算传热学(nht)软件fluent,对某台300mw机组辅机干冷塔新型间接空冷散热器设计工况下的流动和换热性能进行了数值模拟、分析和研究。结果表明:当风机转速为100%时、90°风向下,间接空冷散热器的性能最好,达到了设计值,且45°风向时散热器换热不佳,热风回流现象是影响散热器换热性能的主要因素;当风机转速为110%时、90°风向下,间接空冷散热器的性能最好,达到了设计值,而在不同风向下其抗风能力较100%转速有所提高,热风回流的影响显著降低,22.5°为最不利风向。
