基于tdofmdpid的循环流化床锅炉主蒸汽压力控制系统研究

Abstract:

针对循环流化床(cfb)锅炉燃烧系统所具有的大延迟、大滞后等特性,以主蒸汽压力为被控对象,基于常规pid控制系统,设计了二自由度的模型驱动pid(tdofmdpid)控制器,分析了燃料量对主蒸汽压力的影响特性。通过仿真试验对tdofmdpid控制器与常规pid控制器的控制性能进行了对比。结果表明,tdofmdpid控制器结构简单,参数易于调整,具有很强的鲁棒性和抗干扰性,能够有效地改善控制系统的动态品质。
