新型干法水泥窑纯低温双压余热发电系统热力参数优化

Abstract:
为了充分利用新型干法水泥窑窑头和窑尾排放烟气的余热,建立了适应于该热源的纯低温双压余热发电系统数学模型。以5000t/d水泥生产过程为例,详细分析了窑头余热锅炉(aqc炉)和窑尾余热锅炉(sp炉)排气、高压段和低压段的蒸汽、汽轮机乏汽干度等参数之间的耦合关系,及其对整个系统热力性能的影响。通过对该余热发电系统主要热力参数的优化,得到了最大发电功率对应的蒸汽参数。研究结果表明:aqc炉高压段和sp炉的蒸汽量随排烟温度的降低而增大,而aqc炉低压段的蒸汽量相应减小;发电功率随着蒸发压力的降低呈先增大后减小的趋势,最大发电功率出现在高压蒸发压力为0.9~1.1mpa和低压蒸发压力为0.18~0.20mpa的区域内。
