基于富氧燃烧技术的燃气锅炉能效诊断分析

Abstract:

以某钢铁集团220t/h燃气锅炉为试验对象,对在不同富氧含量环境下富氧量对燃气锅炉燃烧特性、烟气成分和锅炉效率的影响进行了试验分析。结果表明:燃气锅炉在不同富氧含量氛围中的燃烧特性不同,随着富氧量的增加,锅炉排烟温度升高,锅炉热效率及经济效益提高;当通入富氧量为4000m3/h时,锅炉效率为91.87%,与常规燃烧方式相比效率提高了2.02%。
