热管式生物质气化炉间接气化模拟研究

Abstract:
建立了热管式生物质气化炉间接气化的动力学模型,研究气化温度和水蒸气与生物质添加量之比(简称为s/b)对气体组分、热值和气体总产率的影响。结果表明:h2和co的体积分数随着气化温度的升高而增加,co2的体积分数随着温度的升高而减少;增加s/b有利于h2和co2的产生,不利于co的生成;生物质气化气体产物中h2的体积分数在50%~60%之间时,气体热值可高达10mj/m3。
