烟气脱硝scr装置运行性能评估

Abstract:
对某台600mw机组锅炉烟气脱硝scr装置的性能和催化剂特性进行了评估。结果表明,机组满负荷时脱硝装置的最高脱硝效率仅有65%,飞灰的硫酸钙及其它物质造成催化剂堵塞阻碍nox和nh3向活性颗粒的扩散,是导致催化剂活性下降,脱硝效率降低的主要原因。对此,可通过化学清洗及再生以恢复催化剂活性。
