Abstract:

inordertoinvestigatetheinfluenceoftemperatureonbehaviorofcalciumcarbonatedecomposition,especiallyonkineticparametersofthedecompositionreaction,theanalyticallypurecalciumcarbonatewascalcinedonaself?builtlargedosethermogravimetricanalyzer.theresultsindicatedthat,withanincreaseinthereactiontemperature,thereactivityindexofcalciumcarbonatedecompositionincreasedatstagestatewhilethekineticparametersdecreasedatstagestate.moreover,boththereactionindicesandthekineticparameterscanbedividedintothreestagesandthetemperatureturningpointsindifferentstageswerethesame.thephaseboundaryreaction(cylindricalsymmetry)theorywasmoresuitableforcalciumcarbonatecalcinationundern2atmosphere.thechangetrendofthelogarithmofreactionactivationwithtemperaturewassimilarasthatofthepre?exponentialfactor.thereexistedgoodlinerrelationshipandkineticcompensationeffectbetweenthem.theisokinetictemperatureofthecaco3calcinationwas842℃andthereactionrateconstantwas0.1049min-1derivedbythecompensationcoefficients.
