燃煤锅炉烟气脱汞技术研究进展

Abstract:
综述现有污染物控制设备脱汞,如除尘、脱硫、脱硝装置脱汞,入炉煤添加剂脱汞,吸附剂吸附脱汞,氧化脱汞和锅炉运行参数优化脱汞等5类燃煤锅炉烟气脱汞技术的研究进展及发展现状,分析卤素、hcl、烟气成分等因素对脱汞效率的影响,并对5种技术方案的脱汞效率及技术优缺点进行比较。结果表明,对于已装备除尘、脱硫或选择性催化还原(scr)装置的锅炉,利用现有设备协同脱汞最为经济;入炉煤添加脱汞剂,吸附剂脱汞和氧化脱汞效率较高,是脱汞技术发展的方向。
