基于燃烧温度场测量的sncr优化调整试验

Abstract:

为解决煤质多变和频繁调峰运行引起的选择性非催化还原(sncr)反应区温度窗口偏移的问题,结合燃烧温度场测量技术对sncr脱硝工艺进行优化调整研究。以某台670t/h燃煤锅炉为试验对象,利用辐射图像处理方法在线监测全炉膛燃烧温度场分布,选择sncr反应区温度窗口,指导调整喷口投运位置及尿素溶液流量分配,并采用cfd软件对优化调整后sncr系统的脱硝效果进行了模拟计算。结果表明,结合温度场实时监测技术优化调整后的sncr系统能够显著提高脱硝效率,并改善炉膛出口nox分布的均匀性。
