回转式空气预热器径向密封数值分析及监测

Abstract:
为实时掌握回转式空气预热器(空预器)的径向漏风情况,运用cfd软件建立了空预器传热的三维模型。该模型研究了空预器蓄热体上的温度分布和热传递,通过分析空预器漏风对烟气温度和co2比例的影响,监测径向密封气密性,并在某300mw机组实际测试中验证了计算结果。
