矩形偏心翅片椭圆管流动与换热的数值研究

Abstract:

采用fluent软件,在进口空气流速v=0.5~4.0m/s下,对不同波纹倾角(θ=0°、θ=5°、θ=10°、θ=15°、θ=18°)的矩形偏心波纹翅片椭圆管换热器翅片间的流动与换热规律进行了三维数值模拟,分析了不同雷诺数re和波纹倾角θ对矩形偏心波纹翅片椭圆管换热器的翅片表面平均努塞尔数nu、压差损失δp以及翅片管综合换热性能因子j/f的影响。研究结果表明:矩形偏心平直翅片椭圆管的综合换热性能最佳;适当增加翅片前端迎风侧波纹倾角,减小翅片后部区域波纹倾角,可同时起到增强换热、减少阻力损失的双重作用。
