通用电站锅炉壁温计算系统的开发与实现

Abstract:
准确地进行锅炉受热面壁温计算是评估其安全状况的重要条件。针对传统锅炉管壁温度计算模型效率低、适应性差以及只能对某一特定炉型进行计算等问题,建立了能够用于不同炉型及各受热面形式的通用电站锅炉壁温计算系统,并进行了实际验证,得到的锅炉管壁温度计算结果与实际温度误差小于0.5%。
