t/p92钢微观组织转变和力学性能变化规律综述

Abstract:
t/p92钢已成为超超临界火电机组用关键材料,被用于主蒸汽管道及再热器等。论述了t/p92钢在高温时效和蠕变过程中微观组织转变和力学性能的变化规律,重点总结了不同碳化物的析出顺序、尺寸和形态变化,并介绍了其微观结构与力学性能的内在联系。从析出相的演变规律、板条马氏体结构的退化及合金元素的转移等方面阐述了t/p92钢蠕变强度降低和材料过早失效的原因以及t/p92钢寿命预测方法的研究趋势。
