型煤原料粒度、配煤/灰比和助剂对煤灰熔融特性的影响

Abstract:
研究了型煤原料粒度、助剂及配煤对型煤灰熔融特性的影响。结果表明,原料粒度大于3.2mm的型煤灰熔融温度高于粒度小于3.2mm型煤灰熔融温度;型煤中的低灰熔点煤含量在90%~98%之间时,其煤灰流动温度可降至1350℃以下;2种高灰熔点煤中cao添加量分别在8.09%~10.92%和5.01%~8.07%之间时,其煤灰流动温度可降至1350℃以下;fe2o3的添加量分别大于9.26%和4.95%时,其煤灰流动温度可降至1350℃以下;mgo对煤灰流动温度的降低效果不明显;灰中化学组成间反应生成低温共熔物是温度降低的主要原因。
