自然通风湿式冷却塔加装中央补风管的数值研究

Abstract:

针对现有冷却塔中央区域换热效果差的问题,提出了在塔内加装中央补风管的方案。将空气直接送入冷却塔中心区域,加强塔内换热。以某1000mw机组冷却塔为例,采用fluent软件建立冷却塔三维热力性能计算模型。计算结果表明,加装补风管后冷却塔出塔水温比改造前平均降低0.433℃,机组发电量增加2~3mw。
