微波法测量煤质水分频率的选取

Abstract:

通过搭建1~4ghz宽频率微波实验台,测定了6种煤的微波功率衰减对煤质水分变化的响应特性。结果表明:采用微波功率衰减法测量煤质水分时,在频率≥3.5ghz下,煤的含水量变化与微波衰减近似为二次曲线关系,并且随着频率升高,拟合精度相差不大;选择较低的频率可以测量较大含水量和较厚的煤样,实际应用中可根据需要选取合适的频率。
