汽轮发电机组裂纹转子振动特性及其诊断

Abstract:

在总结裂纹转子振动特性研究结果的归纳基础上,结合2台600mw等级机组异常振动分析和低压转子裂纹诊断过程,总结出实际机组裂纹转子的典型振动特征,其主要包括,振幅不断爬升,且大多呈不稳定同步振动,当裂纹足够深时才表现出明显的2倍频振动;加重响应线性度差,影响系数和滞后角与正常转子相比差异较大;振动随机组负荷增加而增大,但负荷降低时,振动却不能恢复到原始值等。建议在进行振动故障诊断时,若怀疑转轴上出现裂纹问题,则必须立即停机进行探伤检查,及时发现存在的早期裂纹,以防机组发生断轴毁机事故。
