Abstract:

恒运电厂1025t/h锅炉过热器二级减温器内套筒上弧形扁铁脱落导致后屏过热器接连爆漏。对此,将其悬臂式喷管结构改造为喷管两端夹持式,消除了悬臂式喷管的高频振动隐患,避免了交变热应力过分集中在喷管根部导致喷管断裂进而引发受热面暴漏的事故。
