v型布风板双循环流化床颗粒循环流率实验研究

Abstract:
合理地控制颗粒循环流率是v型布风板双循环流化床生物质气化装置稳定运行的关键。对提升管风速、气化室风速、物料粒径以及物料重量等影响流化床运行的控制参数进行了实验研究。结果表明:颗粒循环流率随着提升管风速、气化室风速增加而增加,当达到一定值后,其增长趋势逐渐平缓;颗粒循环流率随着物料粒径的增大而明显减小,随着物料重量的增加基本成线性增加。
