燃气轮机进气冷却系统对机组经济性的影响

Abstract:
阐述了加装基于余热利用的燃气轮机(燃机)进气冷却系统后,燃机进气温度对机组经济性影响的理论模型,并结合实际案例进行了计算分析。结果表明,随着燃机进气温度的降低,机组出力逐渐增大;当进气温度降至露点以下时,大量的冷量将用于空气的除湿,使系统造价急剧上升,项目投资收益比大幅下降。建议空气湿度较高地区的燃机在加装进气冷却系统时,应结合除湿手段进行空气脱水预处理。
