低温再热器磨损泄漏及再热汽温偏低原因分析及改造

Abstract:
国内电厂普遍存在再热蒸汽温度偏低、低温再热器磨损等问题。对此,拟采用减少低温再热器管排数和烟气流速,并将低温再热器下部几组光管更换为h型鳍片管等方法进行改造,经系统热力计算、阻力计算、h型鳍片管受热面计算、低温再热器侧空间核算等校核验证,认为该改造方案切实可行,且便于实施,可从根本上解决低温再热器磨损及再热蒸汽温度低的问题,提高了电厂运行的安全性和经济性。
