蜂窝状cuo/γ?al2o3催化剂表征及其烟气脱硝性能研究

Abstract:
通过浸渍法制备了cuo/γ?al2o3系列催化剂,在模拟烟气脱硝试验装置上考察该催化剂的脱硝性能,并利用比表面积分析仪(bet)、x射线衍射(xrd)对催化剂进行了微观表征分析,研究了cuo的负载量、煅烧温度及ceo2对催化剂表面性能及催化剂脱硝活性的影响。结果表明:随着负载量的增加,cuo的衍射特征峰强度随之增加;cuo负载量对cuo/γ?al2o3催化剂的表面结构有较大影响,随着cuo负载量的增加,试样的比表面积和孔体积均呈减小趋势,而平均孔径略微增大;cuo/γ?al2o3催化剂的活性较高,对no选择性催化还原较为适宜;cuo负载量为7.5%,煅烧温度为500℃时催化剂的no转化率最高可达91.4%,加入ceo2可使催化剂的no脱除效率达到94.5%。
