翅高递减波纹翅片管换热器通道内流动与换热特性数值模拟

Abstract:

为了获得能在保证换热效果的同时流体流动阻力尽可能小的翅片管换热器型式,利用三维数值模拟的方法研究了等翅高和翅高均匀递减的波纹翅片管通道内流体的流动与换热特性,分析了2种不同翅高波纹翅片表面局部努塞尔数(nu)和流动阻力损失的分布,并在不同雷诺数(re)时与翅高均匀递减的波纹翅片的换热特性及通道内流体流动的阻力特性进行了对比。结果表明:在相同压降和相同泵功条件下,翅高均匀递减波纹翅片管换热器的综合换热性能均优于翅高为2.0mm的波纹翅片;翅高递减波纹翅片在保证换热效果的同时,还具有节能、减阻的特性。
