太阳能光伏光热一体化系统性能影响因素

Abstract:
为分析太阳能光伏光热一体化(pv/t)系统热效率、电效率和火用效率等性能的影响因素,设计并构建了pv/t实验系统,基于全天太阳能辐照度、环境温度、入口水温度等参数和与光伏(pv)对比子系统性能的比较,分析了冷却流体、入口水流量、太阳能电池覆盖率对pv/t系统性能的影响。结果表明:pv/t系统集热器平均电效率较pv对比子系统集热器提高了0.91%;入口水流量较小时,pv/t系统集热器热效率和电效率均较低,但其能够获得较高的出口水温度和火用效率;pv/t系统集热器热效率与太阳能电池覆盖率呈现负相关关系,pv/t系统集热器电效率与太阳能电池覆盖率呈现正相关关系。
