基于分层模糊符号有向图法的故障诊断方法

Abstract:
故障诊断系统对实时性、准确性和完备性要求较高,为此建立了分层模糊符号有向图(sdg)模型。该模型基于可达性的分层方法,通过建立分层有向图模型达到减少搜索空间、提高故障诊断效率的目的;引入模糊隶属度,对节点的故障发生可能性进行定量描述,达到故障精准定位的要求;根据故障传播路径上节点间的定性关系,确定分层模糊sdg模型相容通路;在发生故障时,对报警节点进行回溯,搜索相容通路,找出故障源备选节点,利用相容性和模糊推理进行诊断,得到各故障源的可能性排序。以田纳西-伊斯曼过程(tep)系统反应器为对象,采用分层模糊sdg模型进行故障诊断推理,以验证该诊断方法的有效性。结果表明,该故障诊断方法可行,并具有定性诊断的完备性和定量诊断的准确性。
