Abstract:

suchproblemsasflameoutandseriousslaggingfrequentlyoccurredina170t/htangentiallyfiredboilerburninginferiorcoalsandwithlowload.thus,coldtestswerecarriedouttocomprehensivelyinvestigatetheperformanceofeachairtubeandthesizeandpositionofthetangentialcircle.therefore,thecauseandareaofslagginginfurnacecanbedetermined.thus,bynumericalsimulationoncombustion,theoptimaloperationparametersfortheboilerburningdifferentcoalsundervariousloadsconditionscanbeprovided.theactualapplicationshowedthat,theboilerfedwithpresentcoalcanbelong?termoperatedstablyat60%load,anditsheatefficiencywasupto91%.moreover,theabnormalflameoutnolongeroccurred,andtheslaggingwasalleviatedalot.
