垃圾焚烧飞灰流动性影响因素研究

Abstract:

为解决垃圾焚烧飞灰在稳定化处理过程中的堵灰问题,通过采集干法烟气处理系统产生的飞灰及其与锅炉底灰的混合样,分析飞灰的粒径、形态及含水率对流动性的影响以及温度与含水率的关系。结果表明:在干法烟气净化系统中,飞灰的流动性受其细度、形态及含水率的影响,混合锅炉底灰有利于改善飞灰的流动性;飞灰吸水性能强,在25℃、相对湿度为60%的条件下,其平衡含水率达4.37%;为防止飞灰吸潮而导致流动性降低,建议贮存时应控制其温度在85℃以上,并尽快进行卸灰处理。
